Pam went above and beyond what I expected for a 1st time appointment. She was sweet, accommodating, didn't pressure me and was reassuring with everything she did. I had an incredible muscle spasm in the shoulder (I told her a scale of 7 out of 10. By the end of the appointment it was a 5. The next day or went to a 2 and today less than a 1. I tried everything for this including 3 chiropractor appointments and 2 Dr. Appointments where they gave me steroids and muscle relaxers over the last 9 days and nothing worked the way this did! She did some cupping, some regular needles, some topicals and some electric stim through needles and nothing was painful for more than a split second. Most were no pain at all. She explained everything and even found some problem areas that I had no idea could be related. Well kept office and room. Clean! And she was able to take me next day after I made an appointment. I just happen to Google her and took a chance and I'm so glad I did!
